The 1st PHILAWSON WORKSHOP: Contemporary Views on Social Ontology and Philosophy of Law is scheduled to take place at Facoltà di Giurisprudenza, Dipartimento di Scienze Giuridiche ‘Cesare Beccaria’, Università Statale di Milano (IT) on November 28-29th, 2024. :: Eventi :: Il giorno 7 maggio 2024, dalle ore 10 alle 12, nell’Aula Magna di Via Balbi 5 dell’Università degli studi di Genova, avrà luogo la discussione del volume “Famiglie straniere e tutela dei minori. Un’analisi del discorso sulla genitorialità” della Prof.ssa Chiara Lanini.

The applications for the XIV Edition of our Master in Global Rule of Law & Constitutional Democracy – Genova/Girona is open. The programme is offered with a double degree by the University of Genoa (Italy) and the University of Girona (Spain), close to 60 members of teaching staff, 39 courses, and 15 scholarships are waiting for you. The deadline is May 6, 2024, at 12:00 (Italian time).

There are 5 full scholarships covering the tuition fee; 5 partial scholarships covering €2,000 of the tuition fee and 5 partial scholarships covering €1,000 of the tuition fee.

Esistenze e spazi nella nemesi del diritto” del Prof. Matteo Buffa dell’Università degli Studi di Milano.

En esta edición, el Premio Internacional de Cultura Jurídica 2024 se otorga al profesor Ricardo Caracciolo, por su trayectoria en el ámbito de la teoría del derecho y el análisis del lenguaje normativo, campos de investigación en los que destacado sobremanera y ha publicado numerosos trabajos que se han convertido en referentes imprescindibles con una amplia trascendencia en el pensamiento jurídico internacional.

:: Events & Call for Papers :: El 12 y 13 de marzo de 2024 se llevará a cabo la IV Jornada nacional y III Jornada Internacional “Nuevas Perspectivas de la Argumentación Jurídica en el siglo XXI“.
